FPSO Deputy Manager

Role Overview

This is an high-priority position based in Jakarta / Aceh, working with Major IOC (Southeast Asia). The role requires expertise in FPSO Project Management, Concept/FEED Oversight, Contractor Interface, SKK Migas Compliance, Local Content, Indonesian Regulation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage FPSO project execution from engineering through to completion
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including process, structural, marine and E&I
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes and regulatory requirements
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review and approve technical deliverables including drawings, specifications and procedures
• Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget targets
• Prepare and present technical reports and project status updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FPSO/offshore projects
• Strong knowledge of offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ABS)
• Proven track record in engineering phase of FPSO projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in multicultural project teams
• Certification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Available for immediate mobilization
