FPSO Project Director

Role Overview

This is an high-priority position based in Singapore / Oslo / Kuala Lumpur, working with Leading FPSO Operator. The role requires expertise in FPSO Project Direction, EPCI, Stakeholder Management, Budget Control, Schedule Management, Offshore Project Leadership. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and strategic direction for offshore/FPSO projects
• Manage project P&L, ensuring financial targets and margin objectives are met
• Lead senior stakeholder management including client executives and regulatory bodies
• Drive project governance including risk management, change control and decision frameworks
• Champion HSE excellence and ensure zero-harm culture across all project activities
• Oversee project team development and resource allocation
• Report to senior management on project status, risks and opportunities
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and disseminated across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore/oil & gas projects with at least 10 years in senior leadership
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale FPSO or offshore projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available for immediate mobilization
