HVAC Engineer (Cleanroom) — Singapore Semiconductor/Electronics Plant

Role Overview

#### Responsibilities Responsible for design review, construction management and commissioning of HVAC and process exhaust systems for Singapore semiconductor/electronics plant projects Review HVAC construction drawings to ensure cleanroom environment (temperature, humidity, cleanliness, pressure differential) meets process requirements Coordinate HVAC discipline interfaces with civil, electrical, plumbing & drainage disciplines Responsible for AHU, FCU, cooling tower, process exhaust system equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance work

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for design review, construction management and commissioning of HVAC and process exhaust systems for Singapore semiconductor/electronics plant projects
• Review HVAC construction drawings to ensure cleanroom environment (temperature, humidity, cleanliness, pressure differential) meets process requirements
• Coordinate HVAC discipline interfaces with civil, electrical, plumbing & drainage disciplines
• Responsible for AHU, FCU, cooling tower, process exhaust system equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance work
• Bachelor degree or above in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering or related major
• 8+ years of construction management experience in HVAC systems for electronics, semiconductor or high-tech facilities
• Familiar with cleanroom HVAC system and process exhaust system design and construction processes
• Familiar with international engineering standards and construction acceptance criteria
• Good English speaking skills preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering or related major
• 8+ years of construction management experience in HVAC systems for electronics, semiconductor or high-tech facilities
• Familiar with cleanroom HVAC system and process exhaust system design and construction processes
• Familiar with international engineering standards and construction acceptance criteria
• Good English speaking skills preferred
