OIM - FPSO Fleet

Role Overview

This is an high-priority position based in Angola / Brazil / Ghana / Indonesia, working with Leading FPSO Operator. The role requires expertise in FPSO Operations Management, Emergency Response, Production Management, Regulatory Compliance, HSE Leadership, Budget Management. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all offshore installation operations ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Manage FPSO fleet operations including production targets, maintenance schedules and budget control
• Lead emergency response preparedness and crisis management
• Ensure compliance with PFEER, SMP and offshore safety case requirements
• Manage and develop offshore crew including performance appraisals and training plans
• Coordinate with onshore management and client representatives
• Oversee POB management, logistics and supply chain for offshore operations
• Champion HSE culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 15 years of offshore experience with at least 5 years as OIM
• Valid OPITO OIM certification and offshore survival certificates
• Extensive FPSO operations and management experience
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Available for immediate mobilization
