Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of marine equipment and systems for green electrical vessel program
Develop sourcing strategies for electric propulsion, battery and power conversion equipment
Issue RFQs, evaluate bids and conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers
Manage vendor relationships and monitor delivery performance
Coordinate with engineering team on technical specifications and material requirements
Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of critical equipment
Ensure procurement compliance with project quality and safety standards
Manage procurement documentation, contracts and audit trails
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in marine/offshore industry
Experience sourcing marine equipment including propulsion, power and navigation systems
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of international trade, logistics and import/export regulations
