Project Director

Role Overview

This is an urgent position based in Brazil / China / UAE, working with Leading FPSO Operator (Africa & Americas). The role requires expertise in Project Direction, FPSO Project Management, EPCI, Budget Control, Schedule Management, Stakeholder Management. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and strategic direction for offshore/FPSO projects
• Manage project P&L, ensuring financial targets and margin objectives are met
• Lead senior stakeholder management including client executives and regulatory bodies
• Drive project governance including risk management, change control and decision frameworks
• Champion HSE excellence and ensure zero-harm culture across all project activities
• Oversee project team development and resource allocation
• Report to senior management on project status, risks and opportunities
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and disseminated across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore/oil & gas projects with at least 10 years in senior leadership
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale FPSO or offshore projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available for immediate mobilization
