Senior Process Engineer (Lead Role)

Role Overview

This is an high-priority position based in Malaysia / Singapore, working with Global LNG & Energy Technology Leader. The role requires expertise in HYSYS, PRO/II, FPSO, FLNG, Offshore Processing, PFD. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage FPSO project execution from engineering through to completion
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including process, structural, marine and E&I
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes and regulatory requirements
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review and approve technical deliverables including drawings, specifications and procedures
• Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget targets
• Prepare and present technical reports and project status updates
• Perform process simulation and modeling using HYSYS for facility design and optimization
• Conduct process simulation using PRO/II for process design and debottlenecking studies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FPSO/offshore projects
• Strong knowledge of offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ABS)
• Proven track record in engineering phase of FPSO projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in multicultural project teams
• Certification: Chemical Engineering Degree
• Available for immediate mobilization
