Site Manager

Role Overview

This is an urgent position based in Brazil / China / UAE, working with Leading FPSO Operator (Africa & Americas). The role requires expertise in Site Management, Construction Supervision, HSE Management, FPSO, Offshore Operations, Multi-site Coordination. Full job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance
• Lead site team including supervisors, inspectors and administrative staff
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project controls for site support
• Ensure compliance with site HSE plans and regulatory requirements
• Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
• Resolve site issues and escalate risks to project management
• Liaise with client site representatives and third-party inspectors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 12 years of site management experience in oil & gas / offshore construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience managing large-scale construction sites with multiple subcontractors
• Knowledge of international construction and HSE standards
• Available for immediate mobilization
