Support project planning activities for a major theme park expansion in Shanghai. Requires 3+ years of planning experience with Primavera P6 proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity coding
Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments
Monitor project progress against baseline schedule and report variances
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams for schedule inputs
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including S-curves and histograms
Support project controls team with earned value analysis and forecasting
Review contractor and subcontractor schedules for compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 3 years of project planning experience
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or large-scale construction projects
