Crane Operator - Offshore

Prestigious offshore energy company requires an experienced Crane Operator - Offshore for challenging deepwater field developments. This role involves full lifecycle engineering support from FEED through commissioning, with a focus on safe and efficient project delivery.You will apply your technical expertise to complex subsea challenges, prepare detailed engineering analyses, and interface with equipment suppliers and installation contractors. • Execute engineering design activities in accordance with project specifications and international codes
• Prepare technical calculations, design drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integration and constructability
• Interface with vendors, clients, and third-party reviewers as required
• Support installation and commissioning activities with technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering discipline
• 5-15+ years of offshore operations or commissioning experience
• Valid offshore survival and medical certificates (HUET/BOSIET)
• Proven supervisory experience in offshore production environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of offshore safety management systems
• Experience with production optimization and equipment maintenance
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Experience with specific asset types (FPSO, semi-sub, jack-up)
• Background in commissioning or startup activities
• Emergency response and crisis management training
• Knowledge of production chemistry and process upset management
