Document Controller

Top-tier subsea engineering firm is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join their rapidly expanding team. This position involves executing detailed design activities for subsea production systems, including hardware specification, analysis, and documentation.You will work on projects ranging from conventional subsea developments to complex deepwater and ultra-deepwater systems. • Execute engineering design activities in accordance with project specifications and international codes
• Prepare technical calculations, design drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integration and constructability
• Interface with vendors, clients, and third-party reviewers as required
• Support installation and commissioning activities with technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management (Master's preferred)
• 3-7+ years of project management experience in offshore/O&G industry
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent risk management and commercial awareness

• PMP, APM, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience managing EPC or EPCC contracts
• MBA or advanced management education
• Multi-country project management experience

• Competitive USD 300 – 550 per day
