Engineering Manager

This position involves executing detailed design activities for subsea production systems, including hardware specification, analysis, and documentation.You will work on projects ranging from conventional subsea developments to complex deepwater and ultra-deepwater systems. • Execute engineering design activities in accordance with project specifications and international codes
• Prepare technical calculations, design drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integration and constructability
• Interface with vendors, clients, and third-party reviewers as required
• Support installation and commissioning activities with technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management (Master's preferred)
• 12-20+ years of project management experience in offshore/O&G industry
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent risk management and commercial awareness

• Background in offshore or subsea project delivery
• PMP, APM, or equivalent professional certification
• Multi-country project management experience
• Experience managing EPC or EPCC contracts
