Position Overview

The Floating Systems Engineer provides technical leadership across the integrated design of floating production systems, encompassing hull, topsides, mooring, riser, and marine systems. This systems-level role is critical for concept selection, FEED, and EPC execution, requiring broad technical breadth and the ability to resolve cross-disciplinary interface issues. As the global FPSO/FLNG orderbook reaches record levels, engineers capable of overseeing the full floating system design are among the most scarce resources in the industry.
