FPSO Topside Structural Engineer

Prestigious offshore energy company requires an experienced FPSO Topside Structural Engineer for challenging deepwater field developments. This role involves full lifecycle engineering support from FEED through commissioning, with a focus on safe and efficient project delivery.You will apply your technical expertise to complex subsea challenges, prepare detailed engineering analyses, and interface with equipment suppliers and installation contractors. • Execute engineering design activities in accordance with project specifications and international codes
• Prepare technical calculations, design drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integration and constructability
• Interface with vendors, clients, and third-party reviewers as required
• Support installation and commissioning activities with technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering discipline
• 5-10+ years of experience in FPSO or offshore topside engineering
• Proven track record in FPSO conversion or newbuild projects
• Experience with maritime classification society requirements
• Strong knowledge of process, mechanical, or structural engineering
• Familiarity with offshore regulations and safety standards
• Ability to manage interfaces between hull, topside, and marine systems

• Knowledge of marine classification (DNV, ABS, Lloyd's)
• Experience with FLNG or LNG FPSO projects
• Understanding of brownfield interface management
• Familiarity with DP vessels and turret mooring systems
