Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily marine operations across project vessel spreads including DSVs, CSVs, OSVs, and support craft
- Issue daily marine instructions and operational briefs to vessel Masters and offshore teams
- Monitor vessel movements, positions, and operational status using AIS tracking and fleet management systems
- Manage vessel scheduling, mobilization/demobilization plans, and rotation logistics

Market Intelligence
$400–$650/day
Shortage Level: High
Key Skills Gap: Candidates who combine seagoing operational experience with onshore coordination and planning skills; the transition from sea to shore often loses candidates to higher-paying offshore roles
Regions in Highest Demand: North Sea, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Mediterranean
Demand Drivers: Increasing complexity of multi-vessel offshore campaigns; demand for marine coordinators with subsea and wind experience outstripping supply; project-based hiring spikes during campaign seasons
