Offshore Geotechnical Engineer

Prestigious offshore energy company requires an experienced Offshore Geotechnical Engineer for challenging deepwater field developments. This role involves full lifecycle engineering support from FEED through commissioning, with a focus on safe and efficient project delivery.You will apply your technical expertise to complex subsea challenges, prepare detailed engineering analyses, and interface with equipment suppliers and installation contractors. • Execute engineering design activities in accordance with project specifications and international codes
• Prepare technical calculations, design drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integration and constructability
• Interface with vendors, clients, and third-party reviewers as required
• Support installation and commissioning activities with technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Process Engineering
• 5-10+ years of experience in offshore or marine engineering
• Proficiency in 3D design tools and engineering calculation software
• Knowledge of offshore structural, mechanical, or electrical systems
• Understanding of international design codes (API, AISC, IEC)
• Experience in preparing design documents and technical specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with offshore installation and commissioning
• Professional engineering license (PE, CEng)
• Experience in greenfield or brownfield offshore projects
• Knowledge of finite element analysis and structural design
