An international FPSO operator seeks a Site Manager to oversee construction, integration, and commissioning activities at multiple locations, including the Brazil Campos Basin, FPSO conversion yards in Dalian (COSCO), and WHP fabrication in Dubai. You will ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
π― Key Responsibilities
Manage all site operations, including construction, fabrication, and integration of FPSO topsides and hull systems.
Lead a multi-disciplinary site team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
Oversee HSE performance, conducting regular audits and enforcing safety protocols.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to resolve site issues.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, reporting to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, classification society rules, and client standards.
Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics, including material and equipment deliveries.
β Core Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Marine preferred).
15+ years of experience in offshore project management, with at least 5 years as a Site Manager on FPSO or large-scale offshore projects.
Proven track record of managing multi-site operations (yard and offshore).
Strong knowledge of construction, fabrication, and integration processes for FPSO topsides and hulls.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with international standards (API, ISO, and NORSOK) and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel and work at remote sites (Brazil, China, UAE).

Experience with FPSO conversion projects and Brazilian regulatory requirements.
