Technical Lead

A leading international EPC contractor is seeking a Technical Lead to design and deliver subsea infrastructure for deepwater projects across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for engineering deliverables from concept through detailed design and installation support.Working closely with multi-discipline teams, you will ensure technical excellence while meeting project schedules and budget targets. • Execute engineering design activities in accordance with project specifications and international codes
• Prepare technical calculations, design drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integration and constructability
• Interface with vendors, clients, and third-party reviewers as required
• Support installation and commissioning activities with technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management (Master's preferred)
• 8-15+ years of project management experience in offshore/O&G industry
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent risk management and commercial awareness

• Multi-country project management experience
• PMP, APM, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience managing EPC or EPCC contracts
• Background in offshore or subsea project delivery
