Procurement Officer (China)

Role Overview

Support marine electrification projects and operations. Responsible for the procurement of goods/services within budget, issuance of RFQ according to the project specifications, support Operations team with spares order, commercial bid evaluation and manage supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various Procurement activities including arranging RFQ packages for bid and PO/Contract for purchases
• Conduct bid opening, clarifications, Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE), and bid recommendation
• Lead expediting, mitigation and recovery efforts for main equipment packages
• Coordinate internally and externally for all logistic activities related to equipment and vessel delivery
• Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Contribute to development of Company and Project Approved Supplier List
• Essential: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in purchasing & supply chain management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing and supply chain management
• Familiar with SAP B1 preferred
• Good verbal and written language skills in both English and Mandarin
