Role Overview

Part of the project execution team to deliver electric vessels from concept design through to construction and commissioning. Leveraging technical expertise in naval architecture, marine, electrical or energy engineering, combined with solid experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Construction Manager to deliver electric vessels at the shipyards, including interface management, planning, progress monitoring & surveillance, expediting, de-bottlenecking of issues
  • Follow project execution framework and processes
  • Work closely with the Product Team and System Solutions Team to continuously improve product offerings
  • Ensure that vessels comply with relevant technical requirements, Class and local regulations
  • Visit suppliers to attend Factory Acceptance Tests and monitor progress
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment at the shipyard
  • Develop and implement effective change management procedures
  • Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in naval architecture, electrical, marine or energy
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Good verbal and written language skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Experience in electric vessels, vessel construction, outfitting, piping, automation, battery, electrical preferred

Requirements

  • Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in naval architecture, electrical, marine or energy
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Good verbal and written language skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Experience in electric vessels, vessel construction, outfitting, piping, automation, battery, electrical preferred
